How do I reserve a conference room?
Create a meeting on your calendar like you normally would, but instead of leaving the "Location" area blank, you can click it and see a menu appear for suggested locations for your meeting.

You can select the "Room Finder" button to see a full list of rooms and whether or not they are available for the time you selected.

Once you have the location selected, they will be added onto the meeting invite. When you send the meeting invite, you will get confirmation that your room has been booked!
