How to change your signature in Outlook (Classic)
1. Download the attached signature template or copy it from \\msi.local\data\deployment
2. Open the template in Word, you may need to enable editing if it opened in Protected View
3. Replace the filler information with your information.

4. Select everything in the document with CTRL + A and copy it to your clipboard using CTRL + C
5. Open Outlook and click File in the top left and then Options in the bottom left
6. In the Outlook Options dialog, select Mail and then Signatures

7. In the Signatures and Stationery dialog click New and give the signature a name (the name does not really matter.)
8. Paste your signature from your clipboard using CTRL + V into the Edit signature textbox at the bottom.
9. Set your new signature as your default for all messages.

10. Click OK and then close all dialogs
Congratulations, you have just updated your Outlook signature!
