Connect to your work computer using Ninja Remote

1. Navigate to the Machine Specialties NinjaOne portal https://machspec.rmmservice.com/ and enter your email
Here is the NinjaOne sign in page. You just need to enter your Machine Specialties email to sign in. You may be directed to the Microsoft sign in page if you are not already signed in there.
On your first sign in, it will prompt you to set up an MFA method. MFA stands for multifactor authentication. This is not optional. The simplest method, is to enter your phone number to receive a text code. The other method requires you to install an app.
This is the User Portal. Clicking the computer monitor button will initiate a connection to your computer here at MSI.
The first time you click the button, it will prompt you to install the Ninja Remote connector. This is what actually makes the connection to your work computer.
The installer will be downloaded to your downloads folder. You need to double click it to run the installer.
You'll need to accept the EULA to install the connector.
Once installed. Go back to the NinjaOne webpage and click the computer monitor button again. You should now be prompted to "Open Ninja Remote." Click open and within a few seconds you should see your work computer.
When you've finished working, make sure to lock your work computer and close the remote connection window.
