Epicor Auto update or Version Mismatch Error.
Both of these errors are caused by the Edge Agent.


To fix these errors you must close the edge agent.
To do this click the carrot in the bottom right. Then right click on the "Epicor Edge Agent"(Make sure to have normal Epicor closed so there is only one icon).
Then hit "Stop Edge Agent."
Once you reopen Epicor, it should update and let you access all of the menu's.



If this becomes a recurring issue and you do not use Epicor in your browser(Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox) email the help desk asking for the edge agent to be removed.
