Changing User settings in Greetly

To configure your settings, go to https://app.greetly.com/

If it is your first time logging in:

To login, you must first reset your password by pressing the button that says, “Forgot your password”
Then follow the directions.

Once you have logged in press your name in the upper right corner, then hit “Profile Settings” in the drop-down menu.

Here you can input your information and the ways you can get notifications.

Notifications:

To add a new notification option, put in the information for the notification type you want, then make sure the switch to the right of the option is green.
When adding a phone number, make sure to add “+1” in front of it so that the system recognizes it as a phone number from the United States.
